Kobby Kyei: "My relationship with Nana Ama McBrown is strictly professional; there is no intimacy."

Rumors circulating that Ghanaian blogger Kobby Kyei was in a personal relationship with media figure Nana Ama McBrown have been refuted.

When images of the two from a trip to Dubai appeared online in June 2024, speculation about them dating started to spread. During the weekend, Kobby Kyei took advantage of an interview on The Delay Show to deny having an intimate relationship with Nana Ama McBrown.

Only last year, when Nana Ama McBrown came to Onua TV, he claimed to have met her. According to Kobby, his only collaboration with Nana Ama was as her blogger. He clarified that the widely shared photo was taken during their trip to Dubai with Edwamu Ahuofe's season one champion on Onua TV.

 He claims that he also got photos with Edwamu Ahuofe's season one champion on Onua TV, Maame Serwaa. It's merely a sound friendship. When we visited Dubai, we did not do anything. We simply respect boundaries out of a sense of work ethics.

"I refute all of the circulating rumors. That is obviously untrue; since I am married, I have to act professionally when working with someone, thus I can't guarantee that I will turn down a job request. All I have with McBrown is work ethics," he continued.

Additionally, Kobby Kyei stated that his wife is unconcerned about the rumors because she is aware that their connection is solely professional. He underlined that his mother had also heard of the rumors and had given him advice in line with them.
