I founded Shaxi with nearly $2 million - Shatta Wale.

Shatta Wale, a dancehall musician, revealed that he invested more than $2 million in his ride-hailing startup, Shaxi.

The musician gave his fans a live update on the purpose behind the launch of his business: he wanted to help individuals and provide opportunities for professional advancement.

He revealed that he decided to start a business to help others thrive rather than squandering the more than $2 million on personal luxury.

"I want to create a business because I want to sustain myself financially, else why should I start one? I should be enjoying the more than $2 million I utilized to launch my Shaxi firm by now.

"I could have purchased a Lamborghini or a Rolls Royce," Shatta Wale remarked.

According to Shatta Wale, the large investment went toward a number of commercial expenses, such as app development, buying several minicars, and general marketing.

Despite his image, Shatta claimed to be a compassionate person who is deserving of kindness.
