The most embarrassing event of my career was forgetting my lines while performing on stage. The Adjetey Anang
Veteran Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang has advised against believing that one's talent will take one to the top of their trade, especially for new actors and artists.
This assertion was made by the "Things We Do for Love" actor during an exclusive conversation with Emcee Bebe on Saturday night's episode of Entertainment Records on Ultimate 106.9 FM.
Talent must be developed because it is only nature's gift to man and is thus in its raw form.
Adjetey emphasized the necessity of refining one's aptitude via the learning of a talent in order to maximize it.
However, "the skill has enough ways through which one can ride on to the top," he remarked, adding that a person's "raw talent" can only take them so far.
Adjetey Anang shared a terrible incident of a time when he had overestimated his talents and had forgotten what he was saying on stage because he hadn't prepared beforehand.
Recall that Adjetey Anang is a Ghanaian actor who is better known by the stage name "Pusher," which he used for the television series Things We Do for Love.
In several Ghanaian films, such as "Deadly Voyage," "A Sting in a Tale," "The Perfect Picture," and others, he has appeared. Additionally, he appeared in the Dutch film "Slavery".
