In his account, Ameyaw Debrah describes turning down a joint roll from Burnaboy in an elevator.

 

Ace and well-liked Ameyaw Debrah, a blogger and speaker from Ghana, recently shared with his fans a humorous encounter he had with Nigeria's Burna Boy, the Afrobeats Kingpin.

The seasoned writer described his first experience with Burna Boy, which occurred in Durban during the MTV awards event some time ago, in a Facebook post on his Ameyaw Debrah page.

He said that he shared an elevator with a megastar who was smoking his customary blunt. In an effort to safeguard his reputation and give the impression that someone was entering the elevator, I volunteered to grab the roll from him and throw it outside.

Thought Ameyaw was asking for the roll, Burna Boy said, "I would have given it to you bruh, but sorry it's my last one,"

Burna Boy appears to have misunderstood Ameyaw's request for the roll since he initially believed he wanted to smoke a few puffs with it.

We all know how kind and honorable a person like Ameyaw is and what he has accomplished for Ghana's blogging and media scene.
