I've never smoked or had alcohol before, says Bukom Banku
Bukom Banku, a former Ghanaian boxer, has discussed his life beliefs, stating that he does not smoke or drink alcohol.
In a Showbiz 360 interview with Giovani Caleb, Bukom Banku recalled how, although he has now apologized, he used to beat anyone who disrespected him in his Bukom neighborhood. The 46-year-old comedian claimed that because he identifies as a follower of Islam, he has never tasted alcohol or smoked any other substance in his life.
"As a Muslim, I have never smoked or consumed alcohol in my life," he declared. Bukom Banku went on to say that he hasn't looked to religion for fame. He said that the only reason he has attained this level of success in life is because of God. "No one in this country can perform 'juju' for me." Who says he has supported my career with juju? Never in my lifetime.
